No, all we need is the exact wording of the business name in Google Maps. Once the order has been processed, Google will send you an email directly to confirm access to your account. We will retrieve this link from your account ourselves. Once your order has been shipped, we will remove this access. You don’t really need to do anything. The card arrives ready to use.

When customers are deciding why they should choose your business, they will often seek out the opinions of others to make sure they are making the right decision. The most useful platform for viewing reviews is Google Maps.

To use the card correctly, you need to hold the NFC card against the back of the phone at a distance of about 2-4 cm. Each phone manufacturer places the scan in a different location, so we recommend that you move the card across the back of the phone. Ideally when the phone is awake and unlocked.

If you are unable to scan using NFC, try the following steps:

  1. Make sure you’re not in airplane mode.
  2. Make sure you haven’t accidentally turned off NFC on your phone. iPhone devices have NFC turned on by default, starting with the iPhone XR. Some Android devices have the option to turn NFC detection on or off. You can find this in the settings between connections, where you also find the Bluetooth or Wi-Fi settings.
  3. If it still doesn’t work for you, it’s possible you have a phone made before 2018, when not every phone supported NFC.

Tips for iPhone users

The iPhone has an NFC sensor right behind the front camera, and it’s possible to load the card from both the front and back of the phone. 

As of the iPhone XR, NFC is still on, so if you have an iPhone XR or newer, you won’t be able to get it to scan.

Your phone must be switched on and unlocked when scanning, otherwise it won’t work.

Tips for Android users

Most Androids have an NFC sensor in the middle of the back. 

There is an option to turn NFC off on Android phones, so make sure you have NFC turned on in your settings. You can find it in the Connectivity settings where you set up your Bluetooth or Wifi connection.

Yes. In order for customers to leave you a review, they need to have a Google account, which is not a problem as 93% of people have a Google account through popular platforms such as Gmail, Youtube or Google Maps.

Order processing time is 3-5 working days and delivery time is 3-7 working days. Due to the high volume of orders we receive, this time may be longer, but we do everything we can to reduce the waiting time so that not a single day is lost.

If you haven’t yet had the chance to register your business with Google MyBusiness, we can help you do it for just €49.95! You’ll pay for this service individually by bank transfer.
